The Tánaiste Joan Burton says the media should be more positive about Ireland.
She says telling Ireland is "good story" will help it to attract investment and create more jobs.
Earlier, she told a radio interview that the media "should be talking the country, not actually trying to talk it down".

She now says it is not the media's role to 'talk up' the country - but that it should be honest about how well the country is doing.
She has also lashed out at opposition parties, because she says they are too negative in the Dáil.
