Ireland fans have described the atmosphere on the streets of Prague as “absolutely fantastic” ahead of tonight’s game against Czechia, which many are confident the Boys in Green can win.
At 19.45 this evening, the Republic of Ireland will take on Czechia's team in the World Cup Qualification UEFA 2nd Round.
Speaking to Lunchtime Live, Davey from Belfast said Prague was “rocking” with Irish fans when he arrived.
“Everybody was having a good craic - it's like the old days,” he said.
“It's really nice just rocking here, if we don't win tonight, we never win.”

Davey added that he had been up until three in the morning, partying with other Ireland fans.
“I think I was robbed,” he admitted.
“I hadn’t a shilling in my pocket this morning; I think the taxi driver ripped me off.
“There's nothing in my pocket this morning. So, I'm on Revolut now.”

Despite this, he remains in an optimistic mood and is hopeful that Ireland will win.
“I'd say 2-1 and Dara O'Shea is going to win it,” he said.
“Everybody will be watching Troy Parrott, but Dara O'Shea is going to get the winner.”
Also on the show was Jason, calling from the Old Town Square in Prague.
“The scenes here are just phenomenal,” he described.
“There's a lot of Irish entrepreneurs here as well selling hats, scarves and headbands.
“You could easily be down in Lansdowne Road as opposed to the Old Town in Prague.
“Just the buzz and excitement is off the charts.”

Jason estimated there were some 6,000 Ireland fans already in Prague, many of whom are dressed in green and draped in Irish tricolours.
“There's people traveling from all over Europe; Irish people based all over Europe that have descended on the place,” he said.
“Just the craic and the buzz is just phenomenal.
“It's just so, so exciting. You can really feel the love that it's given people.”
