In county Antrim, an investigation is underway after a farmer and one of his workers have been found shot dead at an isolated farmhouse.
It's understood that police aren't looking for anyone else in connection with the shootings.
Police were called to the property at around a quarter past 5 yesterday evening, after a report that both men had been discovered with fatal wounds.
Last night Forensic teams began carrying out examinations of the scene. Local people gathered outside the farm as news of the tragedy spread through the area and local politicians have been expressing shock at the shooting.
Oliver McMullan, a Sinn Féin MLA for North Antrim, said both of the men who died were well known in the local area and their deaths were a terrible tragedy, not only for their relatives but also for the community.
SDLP councillor Martin Wilson said: "The entire community will be united in their sense of grief at this shocking and disturbing occurrence.
The PSNI has begun an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
