The 31 year old died at University Hospital Galway on the 28th October last year, after suffering a miscarriage and contracting septicaemia.
It's reported today that documents given to the coroner heading up the inquest contain official records of requests by Mrs Halappanavar for a termination.
Her husband, Praveen Halappanavar, has consistently maintained that Savita would still be alive if she had been granted a medical termination.
