Gardaí are investigating the death of a man found dead in Fermoy, County Cork.
The man, who was in his 50s, was found dead on Sunday afternoon in a house in the town.
His body has since been taken to Cork University Hospital where a post-mortem examination will be carried out by Assistant State Pathologist Dr Margot Bolster.

The results of the post-mortem will inform what course of action Gardaí take in their investigation.
