A man has been arrested after a drugs seizure in Co. Longford.

Gardaí from the Divisional Drugs Unit searched a house in Ballinamuck yesterday and found a growhouse with 114 cannabis plants, valued at over €91,000.

A man (22) was arrested at the scene. He is being held at Longford garda station under section 2 of Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
