Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man drowned in the Grand Canal at Portobello in Dublin earlier this month.
The man - aged in his early 20s - got into difficulty while swimming in the early hours of Saturday morning, June 18th.
He is described as being 5’8” in height, with black hair. He was wearing a black and blue shirt.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have been in the Portobello area between 4 and 4.45am on June 18th to contact them at Terenure Garda Station on 01-666-4000, the Garda Confidential Telephone Line on 1800-666-111, or any Garda station.
