Today

Dry and pleasant across many areas today; rather warm and breezy, brightest to begin with that bit more cloud about later. However southern coastal counties will be cloudier throughout with patches of mist, drizzle and fog possible - the odd spot of drizzle possibly appearing in other areas.

Later in the evening outbreaks of rain will gradually begin to push up from the south. Temperatures will widely rise to 20 degrees Celsius, ranging of 18 to 22 degrees Celsius. East to southeast winds will increase fresh southeasterly.

Tonight

Damp and cloudy tonight with scattered outbreaks of rain, some thundery fall possible, with the rain likely to be heaviest along parts of the east coast. Hill, mist and coastal fog too. Mild and humid, with temperatures falling back no lower than 13 to 15 degrees Celsius. Southeast breezes will be fresh and gusty, with most of the rain clearing away northeastwards before morning.
