Five men have been arrested after a man in his 20s, Dylan McCarthy, was found unresponsive in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare on 21st August. 

He was taken to hospital where he was later pronounced dead; his father also spent time in hospital for serious injuries. 

As part of their investigation, Gardaí arrested five individuals this morning - all of whom are currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at multiple Garda Stations in Kildare.
