An Taoiseach Enda Kenny says he will not be entering into a coalition with Independent TDs, if the party is re-elected and fails to win an overall majority.

Mr Kenny was speaking in Co Kerry at the launch of an event showcase the delivery of high-speed broadband as part of the National Broadband Plan.

The project will cost €650,000 and will provide broadband connections to 340 premises in the Ballyseedy area.

Speaking to Radio Kerry, he said the next government needs stability and decisiveness and will not form a government with Independent TDs.
