Graham Dwyer has been sent forward for trial for the murder of childcare worker Elaine O'Hara. The architect (41) with an address at Kerrymount Close in Foxrock, made his last remand appearance at Cloverhill District Court this morning.
He wore a dark suit and polka dot tie and stood with his hands crossed.
He spoke twice during the five minute hearing; once to say good morning to Judge Victor Blake, and then again later to say he understood the judge's warning that if he wishes to rely on an alibi he must inform the State solicitor within 14 days.
Detective Seargeant Peter Woods served the eight volume book of evidence on the accused man.
Dwyer has been sent for trial in current sittings of the Central Criminal Court
State solicitor Ronan O'Brien told the court that the first volume is made up of statements, the other seven are comprised of exhibits.
The court also heard that the defence is now in possession of videos of Mr. Dwyer's garda interviews. Judge Blake has sent the father of two forward for trial to the current sittings of the Central Criminal Court.
He is charged with the murder of Elaine O'Hara (36) in August 2012.
The decomposed remains of the childcare worker were found in the Dublin mountains last September, more than a year after her disappearance.
