A Dublin man has appeared in court charged over the death of a woman in a car crash in Fairview last May.
Sineád Maguire (43) from Bayview Avenue died when the car she was a passenger in hit a pole at the junction of Malahide Road.
There were three people in the car when it crashed in the early hours of May 29th last.
One of the passengers, Ms Maguire, died in the collision and today Eric Wainsboro (26) from Cherry Garth, River Valley in Swords appeared in court charged with dangerous driving causing her death.
He is also accused of dangerous driving causing serious injury to Ian McDonagh.
Mr Wainsboro was previously charged with the unauthorised taking of a vehicle on the date of the crash.
Judge Anthony Halpin has remanded him on bail until November 6th.
