Road markings accidentally put on 'Game of Thrones' tourist attraction in Northern Ireland

It is a world-famous road lined by dark hedges, and made famous by the TV show 'Game of Thrones'.

But now it is famous for the all the wrong reasons.

Road markings have been painted by mistake on the 'Dark Hedges' Bregagh Road in Armoy.

It is believed the error was made by a contractor who had been doing work in the area.

The iconic trees have been used as a filming location in HBO's 'Game of Thrones', representing the King's Road.

It is reported that work began on Wednesday to remove the white lines.
