Lucinda Creighton says her legal fees - at the centre of a complaint to the Standards in Public Office Commission - are "nobody's business".
The Sunday Independent reports that Deputy Creighton has turned down requests to give details on how much money was paid to her legal team in a High Court case involving developer Michael O'Flynn.
A recent complaint to the standards watchdog alleges Ms Creighton received a discount for the services, which could amount to a benefit in kind.
The newspaper reports it received a copy of a solicitors letter to state that the fees had been paid, but not the actual amount.
