The 19-year-old pop star was arrested in Miami, Florida on January 23 after police say they caught the singer drag racing on a residential street.
Justin was charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an invalid licence and he is currently out on $2,500 bail.
The Associated Press reports a Miami-Dade County judge has now set the trial to begin in four weeks.
Prosecutors will formally file charges at an arraignment on February 14.
His legal team has already filed a not guilty plea on all three misdemeanours.
CNN reports Justin’s tests showed his blood alcohol content was .011 and .014, below the .02 limit for underage drivers. However, Miami-Dade County has a zero-tolerance policy.
Police have also reported a urine sample taken indicated also had Xanax and marijuana in his system shortly after the arrest.
Justin’s friend, R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff, was also booked on a DUI charge during the incident, but it’s unclear when Khalil will be heading to court.
In addition to the drink driving charge, Justin was also a wanted man last week in his native Canada.
The singer handed himself in to police following allegations he assaulted a limousine driver in Toronto. Justin’s lawyer has proclaimed his client’s innocence on that charge.
The star is also suspected of causing $20,000 of damage to his neighbour’s home in Calabasas amid claims he hurled eggs at the property, and recently settled another case involving a bodyguard who accused him of assault.
He was also charged with illegally spray-painting graffiti in Rio de Janeiro by Brazilian police in November.
