A suicide bomber has killed at least 14 people in Iraq.
A car packed with explosives was driven to an entrance of the Shiite town of Khalis, around 80km north of Baghdad.
Associated Press reports that eight policemen and six civilians were killed in the blast earlier today.

More than 40 others were injured.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for this morning's attack.
Yesterday, the so-called Islamic State group claimed responsibility for a similar attack in the Iraqi capital that killed 14 people.
