999 operators in Navan are to strike today in a row over pay and conditions.
They won't answer emergency calls from 8am to 8pm.
However other 999 call centres in Dublin and Ballyshannon are expected to operate as normal.

Conduit Global who run the service say they're disappointed with the action, as they have made significant changes.
Ian McArdle of the Communications Workers Union is representing staff involved in the dispute.
