If you've tried to schedule a meeting with two or more people you'll know all about the headache that it can cause. Conflicting schedules and different working hours can impact the planning, but Google wants to take the stress out of it for you.
The new feature, called "Find A Time" scans the calendars of all attendees to find a time that is suitable for all. "Find A Time" can work across different time zones and prioritises the times people usually have meetings. The feature also helps reschedule conflicting meetings.
The feature is currently only available on Android, but Google is "working on" bringing it to the iPhone and to the web.
