One of the tech game's shrewdest Twitter operators, Elon Musk rounded off the week making headlines once again, all based on a sub-100 word message.
Tesla's founder and CEO popped up on Sunday to not only confirm a much-anticipated Tesla SolarCity event on Friday October 28th, but a big surprise before that. Musk announced that a new product – "unexpected by most" – would be unveiled on Monday October 17th.

Needless to say, speculation has been rife as to what the product could be. Many are hoping that the latest tweet will have something to do with this response to the neural lace that would see artificial intelligence fused to the human brain...

However, considering it's a Tesla product, expect it to be automotive-related. According to Wired, it could be the second part of the company's Model 3 launch.
Then on October 28th, Tesla and SolarCity will publicly unveil their solar roof as well as an integrated Powerwall 2.0 battery and Tesla charger.
