A group of 24 people are due to appear in court following a garda crack-down on drug dealing in the Tallaght area.

Gardaí said the arrests are the culmination of an operation mounted by the Street Purchasing Unit last summer.

During the investigation 74 drug purchases were intercepted.

The arrests were made over the past two weeks and all 24 suspects are due in Tallaght District Court on Monday 24th July.
