Linkedin has highlighted 100 vacancies at its European Headquarters in Dublin.

The current vacancies mean the firm is heading for a 1,000-strong workforce.

The company is also in the process of building a new headquarters beside its current offices on Wilton Place in the city centre.

Senior Director of International Operations and Site Manager for Dublin, Sharon McCooey explains what types of roles they're looking to fill:

Visiting the site today, Taoiseach Enda Kenny said: "It is a fantastic endorsement for Ireland that one of the leading internet companies in the world has selected Dublin as the location for its international headquarters.

"In a short space of time, LinkedIn has become a major employer in Ireland and continues to grow."
