A 25-year-old man is due in court this morning charged in connection with a robbery in north Dublin on Tuesday afternoon during which two elderly men were assaulted.
It happened on the Malahide Road when an assailant walked into the driveway of a house and assaulted a man in his 70s and took his car keys.
A second man, who is also aged in his 70s, came to the victims aid and was also assaulted.

The suspect left the scene in the stolen car.
A man was arrested at a house in Dolmen Court in Ballymun later that afternoon. The car was subseqently found in Ballymun.
