Gardaí in Cork have charged three men in connection with a major drug seizure. 

€250,000 worth of drugs was seized by Gardai in Cork. 

Cannabis plants were discovered at a house on Rathealy Rd in Fermoy yesterday.

During a search operation, Gardaí discovered approximately 320 cannabis plants.

Three men aged 38, 51 and 55 were arrested and are being held at Fermoy, Cobh and Mallow Garda stations under section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Investigations are ongoing.
