There have been 21 cases of murder suicide in the last 10 years in Ireland alone, many resulting in the deaths of young children.

‘Murder in the Family: True Lives’ will air on TV3 tonight, and will share the testimonies of real families affected by murder suicide.

In 2013, Kathleen Chada faced the unimaginable, when her husband Sanjeev Chada murdered their two sons, Ruairi and Eoghan. They were just 10 and 5 years old.

She spoke with Shane Coleman on Newstalk Breakfast.
