According to Slimming World 40% of over 2,500 overweight people surveyed felt they were judged, criticised and humiliated at least once a week. Some said they were served last at the bar and passengers refused to sit beside them on the bus. I went along to a Slimmers World Class to see if being overweight leads to ridicule. One women said she was called 'A fat bitch' by a cyclist. Vicki Mooney from V Plus Size Models says when she and a friend were queuing for a nightclub a good looking guy said ' You're too fat to be out'.
