Could bum pinching be on it's its way out of pubs and nightclubs?  A London council (Southwark) are bringing in a women's safety charter and will no longer turn a blind eye to girls being groped on the dance floor. Signs will be put up to discourage harassment. I asked young people from the YMCA is it ok to pinch a bottom and asked people on the street, if you got your bum pinched how would you react? I met one woman who married the man who pinched her bum.
