CLASSIC DAIQUIRI

INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml of Havana Club Rum
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml lime juice

METHOD:
- Make the sugar syrup by stirring equal amounts of sugar with hot water.
- Chill a martini glass with some ice in it.
- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a fistful of ice in it.
- Put the lid on it and shake for 20 seconds.
- Remove the ice from the glass and strain the shaker into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime slice on the side of the glass.
