Some 27 years since their final show in Dublin in may ‘86, the punk-rock band “The Boomtown Rats” who rose to fame in the 1970s with no.1 hits such as “Rat Trap” and “I Don’t Like Mondays” have reformed and will perform a series of gigs in the UK and Ireland this autumn.

Pat was joined by the band’s front man, a man who really needs no introduction - musician, actor and activist, Sir Bob Geldof.
