PSG and Chelsea's Champions League quarter-final tie is arguably the most evenly balanced of the match-ups drawn by UEFA today.

But ESPN and Irish Examiner Miguel Delaney reckons the Mourinho factor could prove pivotal.

"You would fancy Mourinho as one of the few managers who is capable of coming up with something to beat all [the teams]. I think this is the most engaging and interesting tie. They haven't met any time recently. It's new money against newer money but you will still fancy Mourinho to come up with something to beat Blanc," he said, citing that PSG are still in a development stage.

Miguel also gave his take on Manchester United's daunting task against Bayern Munich.

"It's a little bit of a gimme for [Moyes]. No one is going to blame him if he goes out to Bayern Munich. But at the same time, if it's bad - which it could well be - it could increase that pressure," said Miguel, contrasting the most "advanced manager in world football" in Pep Guardiola with the "out-dated" David Moyes.

Miguel thinks Barcelona v Atletico Madrid will come down to two things. On Barcelona's side they have Messi and Champions League experience, but Atletico have become a very good Cup side.
