Liverpool have completed the signing of German midfielder Emre Can from Bayer Leverkusen.

The Reds had announced that the deal was agreed in principle last month.

The 20 year-old has signed what the club call a "long term" contract.

Versatile, Can is able to play in midfield and also at left-back.
