Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith are reportedly under investigation by child protection services in Los Angeles over a photo that was posted online of their daughter.
Willow, who is 13, was pictured in bed with 20-year-old actor, Moises Arias. Arias posted the image on his Tumblr and Instagram last month before taking it down.
RadarOnline.com have claimed they learned that the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services has officially opened an investigation into the incident.
The image was thought to have been taken around the time of the Coachella Festival last month.
Controversy erupted after the photo was published online, with people questioning the relationship between the two considering Willow's age.
The black and white picture shows Willow dressed in jeans and a top, while Arias is shirtless with his lower half underneath the bedclothes.
Willow's mother, Jada, spoke about the picture on May 7th:
“Here’s the deal. There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it. You’re acting like covert pedophiles and that’s not cool.”
