Disney's Frozen is allegedly being sued for $250 million by Peruvian author Isabella Tanikumi for plagiarism. According to celebrity news site TMZ, she claims the plot, characters and story is based on her autobiography, Yearnings of the Heart released in 2010.

In the book, Tanikumi describes her life growing up in the Andean mountains, as she struggles to overcome the devastating loss and hardships on the Peruvian city of Huarez. It's believed the lawsuit was filed on Wednesday.

Frozen is the highest grossing animated film of all time, bringing in over $1.2 billion. Unsurprisingly, Tanikumi is being advised to... let it go.
