For the third year in a row, Donegal and Monaghan will go head-to-head in the Ulster football final.

With both teams unlikely to provide too many surprises for each other on Sunday, Off The Ball's Colm 'Wooly' Parkinson touched on the issue of match-ups across the field on tonight's show, highlighting Drew Wylie's absence through injury for Monaghan.

Former Tyrone forward Brian McGuigan was also on Off The Ball alongside ex-Mayo manager James Horan to help us preview the game and he felt that could be a difference.

"That's where Donegal probably have the edge on Monaghan when you're taking the panels into consideration. If Donegal do have someone injured, they have somebody to fill in, whereas Monaghan don't have the same quality to replace Drew Wylie. Look all over the Donegal forward line and you're going to need six match-ups and six players who are going to have to mark their men well and I don't think Monaghan have the capability of doing that now," he said.
