Cork-based Wexford forward Eoin Quigley has retired from inter county hurling.

The Sarsfields club man informed colleagues of his decision at training last weekend.

Home and work commitments are behind Quigley's decision.

Quigley, who also played soccer for Bohemians, won a Leinster and two Wexford titles at club level.
