Wes Hoolahan has admitted that he is unsure whether he will continue playing for Ireland after Euro 2016.

The Norwich playmaker will turn 34 just before the tournament begins, with another two year qualifying stretch to follow for the 2018 World Cup.

In an interview with The Irish Sun, he said that he will make a decision this summer.

"There are a few senior players in the squad and I'm one of them. I'll be 34 by the time the Euros are played which means when the next World Cup comes around I am going to be 36," he said.

"I haven't really thought about whether I'll play on, but I will see how the summer goes and probably make a decision then."

The former Shelbourne midfielder's Norwich contract expires in 2017.
