Gerry Thornley of the Irish Times and former Ireland captain Keith Wood joined us for this week’s Wednesday Night Rugby, and brought with them words of warning.

This week the focus is all on the Heineken Cup and unfortunately the first question to be asked was – should we be afraid? The French duo of Toulouse and Toulon await Munster and Leinster respectively, while Ulster welcome Saracens to the revamped Ravenhill.

Keith Wood started us off on a wary note, saying: “I think you need to be a little bit frightened by everything.”
