Championship side Watford have appointed a new manager after Oscar Garcia stepped down from the position with the club due to recent health problems.

The former Brighton manager has had to be replaced by Billy McKinlay, who only joined the club's coaching staff last week.

The Spaniard spent a week in hospital earlier this month after suffering chest pains.
