There is now less than a year to go until the start of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. For athletes all around the World it means the Brazilian city comes into focus and for Irish athletes that is no different.

Modern Pentathlete Arthur Lanigan-O'Keeffe is preparing for his second Olympic Games and is one of Ireland's medal prospects after his 25th place finish in London, three years ago.

Lanigan-O'Keefe was recently in Paris in a training camp ahead of the European Championships which take place in Bath starting this day next week. Ireland send eight athletes to the event including Lanigan-O'Keeffe and his 2012 Olympic team mate Natalya Coyle.
