Barcelona have reached the final of the FIFA World Club Cup after a 3-0 win over Guangzhou Evergrande. 

Luis Suarez scored all the goals to defeat the Asian champions and book their spot against River Plate in this weekend's final. He is the first player to score a hat-trick in the history of the the FIFA World Club Cup. The final will take place in Japan on Sunday morning. 

Suarez's first goal came late in the first half after Guangzhou goalkeeper Li Shuai was inable to stop an Ivan Rakitic shot from outside the box. 

The final two goals came for the Uruguayan in the second half. He doubled Barcelona's lead after a brilliant one-two with captain Andres Iniesta. 

Suarez made history and completed his hat-trick after the hour mark from the penalty spot. Munir El Haddadi was fouled inside the box which gave Suarez the opportunity to score his third goal.
