Jake Livermore suffered a terrible personal tragedy in 2014 when he lost his new born son just days after playing in an FA Cup final.
"It should have been the best weekend of my life really, regardless of the result," he told Football Focus.
The tragedy saw the situation "spiral out of control" and he tested positive for cocaine in 2015 as a result of the emotional strain placed upon him. He avoided a ban because of the unique nature of circumstances, the FA said.
