It's common knowledge that house hunting in Dublin can throw up some tricky experiences, from wheeler-dealer landlords to impossibly small box rooms, but Shane Horgan has come up with a new one - a prank to test for the perfect housemate.

In this video, the former Ireland international tests his potential housemates' resolve by asking them not to take photos of the Webb Ellis trophy, which just so happens to be resting on his coffee table.

Of course, some people just can't resist the urge for a good selfie...
