New Zealand have a penchant for producing some dazzling moments on the international stage in rugby and its no wonder after watching this try from their domestic cup.
Waikato hosted Auckland in the ITM Cup recently and fell to a 50-28 defeat. However, the highlight of the game was undoubtedly this try from Anton Lienert-Brown near the end of the first half. Auckland looked set to cross the whitewash only for a last ditch tackle and turnover from scrumhalf Brad Weber, what followed was magic from the North Island club;
It had all the hallmarks of a classic try from last ditch defending to looped basket passes. Unforunately for Waikato, it wasn't enough for them to kick on and claim victory as Auckland produced a massive second half display to claim victory.
