Despite Munster and Ulster's journeys to France at the weekend, Leinster and Connacht were in action in the Pro12. 

Both teams were in Wales to play the Ospreys and Scarlets respectively and came away with different results. Leinster briefly moved to the top of the table on Friday night after a 22-9 win in Swansea. 

Leo Cullen's side was overtaken by the Scarlets on Sunday afternoon after a win at home to Connacht. Pat Lam's side conceded a penalty in the final two minutes of the game to lose 21-19.
