A Minnesota high school basketball player has become an internet sensation after scoring a shot from under his own net to win a game.

16-year-old Oman Oman scored the 80-foot shot when playing for Austin High School against Northfield High School earlier this week.

With the clocking ticking towards zero, Northfield had a free throw to win the game 57-54. The shot was missed an Oman threw the ball down court and somehow it went in much to the shock and delight of the crowd. 

Austin won the game 57-56.
