When Jordan Henderson put Liverpool ahead in this afternoon's Premier League game against Manchester City, we might have thought we wouldn't see a better goal for, well, at least a week or two.

But we only had to wait 79 minutes (including half-time) for his team-mate Phillippe Coutinho to emulate the Liverpool vice-captain's screamer with this carbon-copy effort, which eventually won the game 2-1.

And as if that wasn't enough of a coincidence, over in Reggio Emilia, Italy, another Brazilian, Lazio's Felipe Anderson was invoking the Merseyside spirit with this beauty to get the Romans off the mark against Sassuolo this afternoon.

We shouldn't be surprised with Coutinho, though, he's in a run of form when it comes to screamers. He did this to Southampton a couple of weeks ago after all.

Of course, for every Henderson/Coutinho/Anderson wondergoal, you have the likes of an Aleksandar Kolarov cross, and who'll ever forget this corker today...
