Former England cricketer Steve Harmison was put through his paces last night in the opening episode of "The Toughest Trade" and now the attention switches to Mayo footballer, Aidan O'Shea.

The Breaffy man looks to make a name for himself in the NFL, swapping places with San Diego State wide receiver, Roberto Wallace.

In this latest preview he certainly looks to be getting to grips with life as an American footballer.
