Two more Irish fighters have enjoyed wins at the World Championships in Kazakhstan, making it six in total fighting into the second week of the competition.
Joe Ward (pictured) of Moate made his way through to the last 16 with a unanimous decision light heavyweight win over Polish opponent Mateusz Tryc this afternoon.
Belfast’s Sean McComb joined Ward with a win over Gildas Bengana of the Central African Republic. McComb also enjoyed a unanimous decision victory.
