Tottenham Hotspur have received a huge boost as their pursuit of Chelsea continues in the Premier League title race.

The club have confirmed that defensive midfielder Victor Wanyama will be available for selection when Spurs welcome Bournemouth to White Hart Lane on Saturday.

He was originally in the match day squad for the win over Watford last weekend but pulled out at the last minute with manager Maurico Pochettino saying: "Victor still didn’t feel 100 per cent but I’m sure for next week he’ll be ready to be available."

Danny Rose and Erik Lamela are still out injured while Harry Kane is just returning to full fitness after an ankle injury. 

Spurs currently trail leaders Chelsea by seven points with seven games remaining. Chelsea travel to Old Trafford to take on former manager Jose Mourinho's Manchester United this Sunday.
