When you put the words Arsenal and Leicester in a sentence, you almost feel a natural inclination to throw the words Dennis Bergkamp into the mix.

As the two clubs meet in the Barclays Premier League tonight, my own thoughts immediately turned back to what then-Foxes manager Martin O'Neill graciously described as "the best hat-trick I've ever seen".

August 23rd 1997 will always live on as the day Bergkamp scored his first Gunners hat-trick and its significance is even greater as he went on to be named PFA and Football Writer's Player of the Year, while leading Arsenal to a league and cup double.

Arsenal would win the 1997/98 Premier League by a single point ahead of Manchester United, which makes the hat-trick in that 3-3 draw all the more vital.

You've probably seen it before, but there's always a good excuse to watch a Dutch master at his best, showcasing that incredible first touch and ability to slow time down to his own liking.
