David Luiz got a fair bit of flak for his role in Rafael's sending off in Chelsea's 1 - 0 win over Manchester United yesterday.
The United right back had kicked the Blues defender in a challenge near the corner flag and it seemed a yellow card would suffice.
But Howard Webb flashed a red card as Luiz was caught on camera, feigning injury and laughing.
As dodgy as that looked, his legendary counterpart Rivaldo's antics against Turkey were far far worse.
In a group match the Brazil forward was waiting for Turkish player Hakan Unsal to give him the ball. The wing-back booted the ball towards Rivaldo and the Brazilian went down clutching his face - even though he had been struck in the thigh. Unsal was sent off as Brazil edged the game 2 - 1.
